Executive chef Nirman shah brings his imagination to life in his bollywood themed franchised restaurant. Shah, born in Maharashtra always had a creative mind and a love for movies. His passion for movies and dedication to the arts of culinary, beautifully come together in this upscale cinema themed restaurant that give you a taste of the mouth watering food found in the streets of India. Trained in the Rambagh Palace of Jaipur, India, Shah has a degree in Food Technology and Hotel Management.
