We are a team of passionate bubble egg waffle lovers. In December of 2017, we decided to introduce the authentic Hong Kong egg waffles to Houston. Bubble Egg is a specialty Asian Café that offers authentic Hong Kong egg waffles (made to order), unique flavors of ice cream, and refreshing drinks. Trendy version of Hong Kong’s popular street food bubble egg waffle. Each bubble has a crispy outer shell and only half-filled dough chewy inside to make it fluffy. Every single waffle is made to order and can be loaded with ice cream and other edible adornments.
